Boyaa Interactive, a public gaming company based in Hong Kong, has announced a strategic investment in the UTXO Bitcoin Ecosystem Fund. The company plans to allocate $1,000,000 to this initiative, aimed at promoting the Group’s business development and expansion in the Web3 industry. Boyaa aims to ‘deepen its presence in the Web3 industry, leverage the Group’s extensive experience in the web games industry, and capitalize on the favorable Web3 policy in Hong Kong to establish a leading Web3 listed company,’ according to a voluntary filing. In March, the company pledged to acquire $100 million in various cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin and ether, and reports suggest an additional purchase of $100 million in bitcoin is forthcoming.
