Over $2.5B in Crypto Positions Liquidated in Seven Days
In the past seven days, more than $2.5 billion in cryptocurrency positions have been liquidated, with long positions making up the vast majority. According to CoinGlass, the top seven crypto exchanges by liquidations of longs and shorts during this period show significant activity.

Binance Tops Liquidation List with $1.239B
Binance leads the list with $1.037 billion in long positions and $798 million in short positions, totalling $1.239 billion in liquidations. OKX has the second-largest longs with $829 million and shorts with $650 million, totalling $1.479 billion.
Long liquidations accounted for $268.1 million on HTX while its shorts were valued at $225 million which accumulated to $493.1 million in total liquidations. At Coinex, long positions amounted to $61.8 million while shorts were at $49.6 million, making $111.4 million liquidations in total.
Massive Crypto Liquidations in Top Exchanges Highlight Market Volatility
Bitmex saw liquidation of $63.2 million in long positions and $57.8 million in shorts for a combined value of $121 million. At Coinex, long positions amounted to $61.8 million while shorts were at $49.6 million, making $111.4 million in total. Bitfinex recorded $40.7 million in long positions and $37.7 million in shorts, totaling $78.4 million.
Lastly, total liquidated amount was $2.5 billion out of which longs totaled $1.99 billion and shorts were at $533.9 million. From the data that sourced from CoinGlass, it is evident that the cryptocurrency market is greatly volatile and holds a lot of risks.
