Decentralized and borderless payments platform Zypto has announced a strategic partnership with MoneyGram and Stellar Lumens. According to a brief description posted on the X social network, Zypto wallet users will be able to conveniently visit and select MoneyGram locations around the world to transfer USDC on the Stellar blockchain.

This partnership coincides with the recent launch of Zypto’s referral program, which aims to increase adoption of the app through the gamification of cryptocurrency trading and spending. According to reports, this program will provide exclusive benefits to Zypto holders, including daily rewards and cashback on transactions.

Stellar’s ​​participation in this collaboration is in line with its core goals of creating equal access to the global financial system. To further this mission, the company entered into a groundbreaking partnership with MoneyGram in 2022 to host its crypto-to-cash exchange service on the Stellar network. An announcement at the time said the move was intended to create a bridge between cash and cryptocurrencies, as well as increase the utility of digital assets.
